TERMS AND CONDITIONS To place an order, you need to create an account. Order minimum: €10 (this does not apply if you order an Release The Bats release) Shipping Shipping is NOT included in the listed prices, and will not be added in the checkout process, it will be estimated manually by us after we have recieved your order. When you have placed your order, you will recieve an order confirmation. After that you will recieve an e-mail from us with the total including shipping as soon as possibe (usually within 24 hours but sometimes it can take 2-3 days). If you are curious about the shipping costs, just get in touch with us before placing your order and we will let you know (this is especially recommended for foreign customers, since swedish postage costs are somewhat outrageous!). Sverige: Portot varierar, men hamnar vanligtvis mellan 44kr och 88kr vid beställningar av 12"or (skrymmande = dyrt, en lp kostar 44kr att skicka inom Sverige), och något mindre när det gäller paket med cds eller 7"or exempelvis. Payment terms 1. Paypal (You will recieve an Paypal invoice from us to the e-mail address you have stated). 2. Bank transfer (This option is only available to customers based in the EU. You will recieve all bank details from us in a separate e-mail together with the order total including shipping). 3. Well hidden cash in the mail (shipped as registered mail is recommended). Paypal fees: Sweden: 10skr Europe: €1.00 World: $1.50 (These are the fees that will be added on the total, no matter the actual size of the order.) We are accepting payment in SKR, Euro and US Dollar. Change to your prefered setting in the "Currencies" box to the left. The order total will automatically be set to SKR when you are placing your order. Paypal invoices are always stated in SKR as well. VAT is included in all listed prices. Delivery time Delivery time: Most of all orders are shipped within 2-3 days after we have recieved the payment from you. Sometimes it can take a bit longer though for various reasons. Please give it at least 20 days after payment is done before hitting us with "Where is my order?" e-mails, thanks. Disclaimer All sales are final, no returns. Faulty items will be replaced, but RTB will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We will NOT reserve upcomming records, nor will we hold stuff that is already in stock for you. Sorry. Due to our experience in the past, this always ends up in a mess. No exceptions! Please do NOT waste our time with unfinished orders. People ending up not paying for their orders is something extremly time consuming and annoying.
