TERMS AND CONDITIONS To place an order, you need to create an account. Order minimum: 100 sek (this does not apply if you order an RTB release) Shipping Shipping is NOT included in the listed prices, and will not be added in the checkout process, it will be estimated manually by us after we have recieved your order. When you have placed your order, you will recieve an order confirmation. After that you will recieve an e-mail from us with the total including shipping as soon as possibe (usually within 24 hours but sometimes it can take 2-3 days). If you are curious about the shipping costs, just get in touch with us before placing your order and we will let you know (this is especially recommended for foreign customers, since Swedish postage costs are somewhat outrageous!). Some examples: 250-500g, LP-sized package, within Europe: €10.50 250-500g, LP-sized package, to the rest of the world: €11.65 Maximum shipping cost is €17.00, no matter how big your order is. Sverige: Portot varierar, men 1 LP kostar 48kr att skicka inom Sverige. 2 CDs eller 2 kassetter 24kr. Försändelser över 2kg skickas som paket. Maxkostnad för frakt är 150kr, oavsett hur mycket du beställer. Payment terms 1. Paypal (You will recieve an Paypal invoice from us to the e-mail address you have stated). 2. Bank transfer (This option is only available to customers based in the EU. You will recieve all bank details from us in a separate e-mail together with the order total including shipping). 3. Well hidden cash in the mail (Shipped as registered mail is recommended). Paypal fees: Accurate Paypalfees will be addded to the total. For people in Europe, we really recommend paying your order with a banktransfer, it usually ends up less expensive. We are accepting payment in SEK, Euro and US Dollar. Change to your prefered setting in the "Currencies" box to the left. The order total will automatically be set to SEK when you are placing your order. Paypal invoices are always stated in SEK as well. VAT is included in all listed prices. Delivery time Most of all orders are shipped out within 2-3 days after we have received the payment from you. Sometimes it can take a bit longer though for various reasons. Actual shipping time depends on destination, but expect at least 14 days outside of Sweden. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Please give it at least 4 weeks after payment is done before hitting us with "Where is my order?" e-mails, thanks. Disclaimer All sales are final, no returns. RTB are not responsible for lost packages. This rarely happens (maybe 5 times during the last 9 years?). Usually when something is "missing", it ends up arriving after a while. We can send all packages as registered mail upon request, charges depends. (All shipments over 2kg are automatically registered and we can always provide you with the package number). We will NOT reserve upcomming records, nor will we hold stuff that is already in stock for you. Sorry. Due to our experience in the past, this always ends up in a mess. No exceptions! Please do NOT waste our time with unfinished orders. You will end up in the black book of RTB.
